The innovation experts involved in this project want "smart cities in the box" to become the new norm so that all points of communication and interaction can co-exist in a digital universe; so to speak.

The name of the future development is called "The Gramercy District" and developer 22 Capital Partners / 22 CityLink has joined forces with the Center for Innovative Technology,

George Washington University and Microsoft to help make the building and tech industries become more like a physical social network.
